This Privacy Policy describes how the personal information of a website visitor ( the ‘User’) is collected, used, and shared when visits or purchases are made from mrhass.co (the ‘Site’).

Collection of Personal Information

01. Visiting this Site automatically collects particular information about the User’s device. How Personal Information is Used

06. Order Information is collected to fulfil orders placed through this Site. This includes processing payment information, arranging shipping, and provision of invoices and/or order confirmations. Additionally, Order Information is used to communicate with Users, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and, when in line with the User preferences, provide information or advertising relating to products or services.

07. Collection of Device Information is used to screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, a User’s IP address. More generally, Device Information is used to improve and optimise the Site. 12. When orders are placed via the Site, Order Information shall be maintained for record-keeping unless and until deletion of this information is requested by the User.

13. By being obtained with users’ conscious consent, all email addresses collected via this website, and affiliated landing pages, are compliant with article seven of General Data Protection Regulations (2016).

14. Solicited emails are used to publicising product releases and promotions only.

15. To honour user privacy, email addresses are not shared with third parties without explicit consent.

16. Included in every email message is the option to unsubscribe, thereby removing one’s email address from the the mailing list.

17. All email data is securely stored by MailerLite, whose data storage centre is located in the European Union and has an information storage security certificate (ISO 27001).

18. A user’s email address can be updated upon request.
